Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Vercelly app. By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What Vercelly is
Vercelly is an independent, third-party client for managing your Vercel account from your iPhone or iPad, made by Perttu Lähteenlahti. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Vercel. "Vercel" is a trademark of Vercel Inc. Your use of Vercel through the app remains subject to Vercel's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You are responsible for your Vercel credentials and for everything done through the app with your token.
- The app acts on your behalf with the access you give it. What you do in it, such as redeploying, promoting or deleting a deployment, changing environment variables, editing DNS records or deleting a project, affects your real Vercel account. You are responsible for those actions.
- You must follow Vercel's terms when using the app.
Vercelly Pro
Vercelly is free for everyday Vercel management. Some features, including Home Screen widgets, every deploy notification as it happens and more than one Vercel account, need Vercelly Pro. Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time purchase. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you buy.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- License: purchases are also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app to break Vercel's terms or any applicable law;
- try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services;
- use the app to reach accounts or data you aren't authorized to access.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what the app and its backend process.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered on time or at all. The app depends on third-party services outside my control, including Vercel, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Resend and Sentry.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, deployments, revenue or profits arising from your use of the app, including missed or delayed notifications. Your sole remedy if you're dissatisfied with the app is to stop using it.
Changes
I may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by signing out. I may suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature of it, at any time.
